Retail Store Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Compensation Range: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour

Are you ready to drive the retail execution strategy for a global athletic footwear and apparel powerhouse? We are seeking a consultative Senior Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end creative operations for high-visibility retail store design initiatives. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner across global cross-functional teams to transform innovative design concepts into impactful consumer environments.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate end-to-end project workflows from initial design through final store opening to ensure seamless, on-time execution of retail environments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between global brand experience and seasonal design teams to maximize operational efficiency and maintain brand integrity.
• Drive accountability across external and internal stakeholders to mitigate project risks and deliver critical workstreams within high-visibility initiatives.
• Optimize creative operations processes by leveraging standard project management methodologies to achieve scalable retail design rollouts.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience managing complex creative operations or serving as a Creative Producer within high-end corporate environments.
• Deep specialized expertise within the design, build, or operational side of retail store design management.
• Proven track record of successfully executing end-to-end retail store redesigns and global market rollouts.
• Expert-level proficiency utilizing standard project management software and creative workflow tracking tools to lead collaborative teams.
