Affiliate Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour

A renowned hospitality brand is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to direct daily campaign activity, foster strategic professional partnerships, and provide effective problem-solving in a high-velocity workplace. In this role, your work will directly shape customer acquisition and revenue outcomes. You will:

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead day-to-day operations and campaign setups across major platforms like CJ, Impact, and Rakuten.
• Cultivate performance-driven relationships with key editorial and publisher partners, focusing on monetized content.
• Optimize tracking links, commission structures, and payouts while investigating data anomalies to ensure peak channel health.
• Streamline the monthly financial puzzle by managing invoice and commission reconciliations.
• Partner cross-functionally with agency teams and internal stakeholders to report performance metrics and navigate an upcoming platform transformation. 

Qualifications:

• Proven Expertise: 3+ years managing complex, large-scale, or global affiliate programs from any industry vertical (retail, finance, etc.-hospitality experience is not required).
• Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on familiarity with tracking, reporting, and building offers inside major networks (CJ, Impact, or Rakuten).
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with KPIs, budget tracking, and spotting technical or financial inconsistencies from raw data.
• Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, detail-focused communicator who loves a social team environment and thrives with independent ownership.
