We are seeking a highly organized and technical Digital Content & MarTech Operations Specialist to manage the execution and optimization of our digital experiences. Serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will build, maintain, and publish digital marketing assets while ensuring all on-site experiences drive robust omnichannel engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain marketing assets such as templated banners, landing pages, and messages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand project requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Manage and triage production requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
- Optimize content for search engines and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content display and functionality.
- Review and document existing processes and seek enhancements in work execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.
- Ensure on-site experience drives omnichannel efforts by communicating key marketing messages and aligning with overall business strategy.
- Work with internal partners to ensure revenue tracking on all content works as expected.
- Manage projects within Workfront, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Workfront or other project management software.
- Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content management preferred.
