We are seeking a Creative Resource Manager (CRM) focused on editorial, copywriting, and content-driven work streams to support intake, resourcing, and execution across marketing and creative teams.

This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, editorial oversight, and project coordination, serving as the operational hub for editorial and content requests. You will ensure work is clearly scoped, appropriately resourced, properly prioritized, and moving efficiently from intake through delivery. Working closely with editorial leadership, creative teams, marketing partners, and project stakeholders, you'll help build scalable processes while balancing planned initiatives alongside fast-moving, quick-turn requests.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands both how creative teams operate and what writers, editors, and content teams need to produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary intake lead for editorial and content-related workstreams, including:

  • Email campaigns
  • Blog content
  • Paid media copy
  • One-pagers
  • Thought leadership / op-eds
  • Press releases
  • Marketing and campaign content
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives, audiences, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
  • Develop clear creative briefs, resource plans, and delivery expectations.
  • Determine appropriate resourcing strategies across internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Monitor team bandwidth, capacity, and competing priorities to ensure balanced workloads and efficient execution.
  • Support onboarding, integration, and utilization of freelance writers, editors, and creative contributors.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of editorial and content projects from intake through delivery.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings to align stakeholders, define scope, establish timelines, and set projects up for success.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects (including quick-turn work) while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Utilize Adobe Workfront (required) and related project management tools to:
  • Create and manage requests, timelines, tasks, and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate project status updates.
  • Track deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with broader Creative Resource Management and Project.
  • Bring an editorial lens to incoming work, helping translate business needs into clear, actionable creative briefs for writers and content creators.
  • Ensure requests are framed appropriately and aligned with broader messaging, audience, and content strategy goals.
  • Help refine and standardize intake, briefing, and workflow processes through templates, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resourcing models, and cross-functional collaboration as volume and complexity evolve.
  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity, helping shape process where frameworks are still emerging.
  • Serve as a trusted partner across editorial, marketing, design, creative operations, leadership, and external contributors.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for content-related workstreams, managing expectations around scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Foster strong collaboration between writers, editors, designers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication and client-service instincts.
