Digital Asset Management Admin- Bynder (Freelance)

Location: Remote - US Based
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential to extend)
Hours: Freelance ~10-15 hours per week but will vary. Must be available during Pacific Time zone business hours
Compensation Range: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour W2

Are you ready to serve as a consultative partner and optimize the digital ecosystem for a global investment management leader? This strategic opportunity allows you to leverage your technical expertise to maintain high-visibility platform integrity and support cross-functional marketing and creative operations. By driving data-driven governance and taxonomy precision, you will maximize the business impact of a premier enterprise marketing technology stack.
 
Responsibilities:

• Administer user access, permissions, and security group structures to ensure secure, seamless cross-functional collaboration and asset visibility.
• Optimize metadata frameworks, asset tagging, and taxonomy structures to maximize discoverability and enhance end-to-end omnichannel solutions.
• Troubleshoot systemic asset visibility, search filter, and technical workflow issues to deliver elite user support and maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate strategic technical escalations and ticket management directly with vendor support to guarantee peak platform performance and system cleanliness. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dedicated experience administering or supporting enterprise-level digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Bynder platform administration, user permissions, and workflow configurations.
• Proven success troubleshooting asset findability issues and maintaining taxonomy precision within a regulated, corporate marketing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to bridge gaps between technical MarTech teams and creative stakeholders.
