We are partnering with a fast-growing, highly regulated global multi-brand organization to find a consultative leader who will establish governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and scale high-visibility digital marketing frameworks. 100% remote, must work EST hours (9am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Establish and operationalize the enterprise email marketing function to build scalable workflows, centralized intake processes, and production standards across a diverse global portfolio.
- Develop and govern centralized campaign calendars and frequency caps to ensure strategic division alignment and optimized customer experiences.
- Orchestrate and deploy end-to-end lifecycle, nurture, and automated drip campaigns to maximize audience engagement and drive predictable business outcomes.
- Partner and collaborate with legal, compliance, and MarTech teams to enforce global digital consent frameworks, strict contact hygiene, and universal WCAG accessibility compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, directly leading enterprise-scale email marketing initiatives within a global setting.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms, such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
- Proven track record navigating complex compliance environments (e.g., insurance, financial services) alongside global regulations including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, backed by an analytical mindset capable of translating performance metrics into optimization strategies.
