This is a proactive pipeline search on behalf of a world-renowned leader in the Biopharmaceutical industry. We are building a high-caliber talent pool for upcoming Creative Project Management needs across multiple seniority levels (Junior to Senior).
We are seeking Project Management professionals who excel at the technical and operational execution of creative marketing campaigns within a rigorous regulatory framework. Whether you are a Junior PM focused on tactical asset delivery or a Senior PM managing complex, multi-million dollar omnichannel launches, you will serve as the engine driving projects from kickoff to final deployment.
***Location & Hybrid Schedule: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the North Suburbs of Chicago (Lake County, IL) 2-3 days per week. Remote-only applicants will not be considered.
Term: Roles are typically 6 to 12-month contract assignments with high potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Core Responsibilities (Varying by Seniority)
- End-to-End Governance: Manage the full lifecycle of creative marketing projects, including digital initiatives, omnichannel campaigns, and print materials, for global healthcare brands.
- Regulatory Workflow (MLR/MRP): Act as the lead for routing promotional materials through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process. Ensure 100% compliance with industry-specific submission standards.
- Operational Precision: Establish and enforce project timelines, scopes, and budgets. Maintain high-volume throughput across concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality.
- Integrated Coordination: Bridge the gap between internal Brand Teams, external Agency Partners, and internal Review Committees to ensure clear communication and resource alignment.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage resource allocation, and implement contingency plans. Senior-level roles will be expected to report on KPIs and project health to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-10+ years of Project Management experience within a creative agency or corporate marketing department.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Device).
- Process Knowledge: Expert-level familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats for MLR/MRP routing is highly preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in enterprise-level PM tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project, and comfort navigating the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
- Strategic Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is a significant plus, particularly for Mid-to-Senior level applicants.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
