Senior Designer - Events/Experiential (Hybrid)

Are you a visionary creator who loves translating brand storytelling into immersive event experiences? We are seeking a proactive Senior Designer (Events/Experiential) to join our retail clients dynamic B2B event marketing team. In this role, you will play an integral part in bringing major retail media and brand experiences to life across more than 20 annual events, ranging from intimate corporate meetings to flagship summits with over 1,000 attendees.

Responsibilities:
Your Impact: Cultivate & Design Immersive Experiences

• Design and develop compelling environmental graphics, stage layouts, signage, wayfinding, and experiential activations that bring our brand narrative to life. Additionally, design event promotional assets like email banners and social media designs.
• Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams, external production agencies, and vendors to ensure flawless executive execution from concept to completion.
• Streamline the delivery of high-volume visual assets across overlapping event timelines, maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Modernize presentation standards by helping the team integrate tools like Canva alongside the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 

Qualifications:
Your Toolkit

• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with 5-7+ years of professional design experience, backed by a strong portfolio of shipped live events, trade shows, or corporate conferences.
• Background: Agency or in-house experience in a B2B environment is ideal but not required. Experience working in a highly matrix/large-scale corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Familiarity with event platforms like CVENT or Splash is highly valued.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines effortlessly while collaborating with diverse business stakeholders.
