Content Management Specialist (Hybrid)

Are you a tech-savvy digital content professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology? Our client is seeking a Content Management Specialist to join the in-house digital team. In this role, you will be the engine behind digital storefront, managing day-to-day product updates, high-profile marketing campaigns, and major global product launches.

This position is ideal for someone with strong foundational CMS experience who wants to expand their technical skillset. You will have a direct hand in shaping our digital publishing workflows, experimenting with light development, and exploring emerging AI tools to optimize the user experience.
 
Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end publishing lifecycle on pushing daily product updates, seasonal marketing campaigns, and highly anticipated new product launches.
• Work natively within ContentStack (primary headless CMS) to structure, optimize, and launch digital content at scale.
• Act as a strategic partner between our commercial business units and technical development teams, helping to influence, test, and develop use cases for brand-new digital tools.Utilize your foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot layouts. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in light coding for A/B testing and play an active role in our ongoing AI exploration.
• Manage your own queue from intake to execution. You will review project briefs, identify missing requirements, gather necessary assets, and escalate technical bottlenecks when needed. 

Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on foundational experience working within enterprise-level Content Management Systems (experience with headless CMS platforms, specifically ContentStack, is a massive plus).
• A solid understanding of the basics of HTML, CSS, and general web architecture.
• Comfortable working within digital ecosystems. Experience with Jira for ticketing/project management, Bynder for Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Salsify for Product Information Management (PIM) is highly desirable.
