Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive end-to-end sponsorship programs to ensure flawless operational readiness and high-impact onsite execution.
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with internal marketing, sales, and finance teams to streamline contract processing and optimize payment tracking workflows.
  • Formulate data-driven fulfillment metrics and comprehensive post-event reporting to provide executive leadership with transparent visibility into partnership performance.
  • Optimize high-volume, consultative communications with corporate sponsors to address complex inquiries and elevate the overarching partner experience. 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven expertise in event marketing with a dedicated focus on end-to-end sponsorship management and operational execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in data-driven tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, to maintain precise records and deliver sophisticated business proposals.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-visibility sponsorships simultaneously while maintaining absolute alignment with strict corporate compliance policies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and detail-oriented problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to navigating dynamic, high-visibility corporate.
