We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy for a fast-growing, mission-driven patient financing company. In this remote, senior-level role, you will own performance marketing, funnel optimization, and campaign deployment to scale B2B provider enrollments and platform activation. Partnering closely with cross-functional leadership, you will transition the marketing function into a strategic, revenue-generating engine by building scalable, measurable ecosystems. This is a hands-on opportunity perfect for a performance marketer who thrives in experimentation and understands complex B2B2C acquisition models.
Responsibilities:
- Architect Growth Strategy: Build and lead the full-funnel growth strategy encompassing lead generation, provider enrollments, platform activation, usage, and credit sales.
- Own Paid Media & Budget: Manage the paid media ecosystem (search, social, programmatic, retargeting) and own budget allocation to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Drive Demand Generation: Generate high-quality provider leads (targeting 500-1,000 leads/month) through targeted campaigns, webinars, organic channels, and partner networks.
- Champion Experimentation: Design and execute a strategic testing roadmap, including A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segmentation to optimize conversion rates.
- Optimize the Funnel: Reduce drop-offs across the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Enrollment) and develop lifecycle campaigns to increase daily usage and transactions among enrolled accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Business Development to align messaging, lead scoring frameworks, and handoff logic, ensuring top-of-funnel efforts directly support sales goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Collaborate with analytics teams to build performance dashboards, track KPIs (CPQL, enrollment efficiency, ROI), and forecast quarterly growth scenarios.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external performance agencies and marketing tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and attribution modeling.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in interpreting data, building dashboards, and analyzing KPIs to inform strategy and pivot campaigns when necessary.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and landing page testing systems.
- Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to act as a high-level strategic partner to executive leadership while remaining comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns.
- Preferred Industry Background: Experience in fintech, healthcare technology, SaaS, or highly regulated financial environments is a significant plus.
