- Manage the creative lifecycle from initial ideation to final delivery, ensuring every asset meets rigorous brand and excellence standards.
- Work in lockstep with the Art Director to maintain stylistic consistency and uphold copy best practices across all channels.
- Balance several projects at once, remaining agile in a high-speed environment while pivoting based on stakeholder feedback.
- Pivot seamlessly between technical documentation and traditional marketing prose.
- Monitor emerging design trends and shifts in consumer behavior to infuse the team's work with modern, innovative ideas.
- Harmonize brand identity with the specific standards of various advertisers in every output.
- Draft, edit, and proofread a diverse range of assets, including short-form UI copy, video scripts, and social ads, as well as long-form case studies and B2B pitch decks.
- Maintain a sharp focus on accuracy, particularly when interpreting data, statistics, and legal/compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A professional portfolio showcasing conceptually driven, strategically sound writing across integrated digital platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or Workfront is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to integrate constructive criticism into your work.
- Strong organizational habits, capable of overseeing multiple workstreams and deadlines with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
