Creative Resource Manager: Grassroots

Compensation Range: $40 - 48 per hour

Our client is seeking a Creative Resource Manager (CRM) to support grassroots initiatives, including LIBRE Initiative and Concerned Veterans for America, Americans For Prosperity along with additional campaigns.

This individual contributor role will serve as the operational hub, responsible for planning and executing design projects from intake through delivery. You will ensure all phases of creative work are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to brand standards-while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

You'll partner closely with internal creative teams, development teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive high-quality execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end management of creative design projects from intake through final delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop clear briefs, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings to align teams and set projects up for success.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Resource Management team to drive consistency in execution and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in:
  • Creative project management.
  • Marketing/production.
  • Agency account or traffic management.
  • Proven experience managing design-focused projects across print, digital, and event environments.
  • Experience with creative resourcing models.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex requests into actionable plans.
  • Experience working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working within a political/advocacy environment.
