Field and Event Marketing Manager (Remote)

Remote | Job #1335993

Location: Remote (Must be based in EST or CST)
Employment Type: 6-Month W2 Contract (Full-Time Hours)
Compensation: $40.00 - $44.00 / hour

Cella has partnered with a cutting-edge global technology corporation to find a strategic and scrappy Field and Event Marketing Manager to spearhead their North American expansion.

This role is designed for a heavyweight event strategist who loves the thrill of large-scale trade shows and roadshows, but possesses the execution-focused discipline to handle the operational backend. Serving as the regional anchor for marketing in North America, you will own the localized Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, balancing high-level planning with hands-on event activation (an approximate 20% strategic / 80% execution split). Because this role collaborates daily with an international team, you must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones to allow for critical morning overlap. Looking for a solution-oriented leader who can confidently guide technical sales teams and always has plans ready to deploy.

Responsibilities:
As the North American brand champion, your "day in the life" transitions seamlessly from international strategy alignment to high-impact regional execution:

  • Global Leadership Syncs: Lead high-intensity alignment meetings with Europe-based design, content, and executive teams to sync on cross-functional marketing priorities before overseas colleagues go offline.
  • US Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive US-focused operations, including sales leadership alignment, regional project management, and heavy administrative logistics (handling briefs, campaign tracking, and documentation).
  • End-to-End Event Ownership: Plan, organize, and execute large-scale regional trade shows, corporate partner events, virtual webinars, and localized roadshows. Travel up to 2x per month for venue scouting, agenda building, and on-site execution.
  • Strategic Sales Partnership: Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional Sales and BDR leadership. Leverage strong emotional intelligence to pivot complex technical ideas into high-volume, viable marketing tactics that drive pipeline.
  • Campaign & Ecosystem Management: Develop and manage joint marketing strategies with industry partners, influencers, and alliances. Collaborate with Customer Success to source high-impact customer stories, case studies, and advocacy content.
  • Operations & Budgeting: Oversee online store inventory, marketing collateral shipments, and regional event budgets. Ensure strict alignment with CRM and marketing automation platforms for accurate lead capture and campaign ROI attribution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Field, Event, or Regional Marketing, ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment. Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), Manufacturing, or Digital Twin industries is highly desirable.
  • Event Execution Mastery: Documented success leading, organizing, and executing high-volume B2B trade shows and field programs (not just selling or attending them).
  • Technical Stack: Standard to advanced proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint). Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Monday.com, or Miro is preferred.
  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven ability to "stand up" to and collaborate with engineering-dominated sales teams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of flawless crisis management.
  • Logistical Availability: Ability to travel up to 2x per month for regional events, and strict residency within the EST or CST time zones to accommodate mandatory morning meetings with international stakeholders.
