  • Trend & Cultural Research: Conduct in-depth trend and color research across sport, fashion, art, and global culture to gather market insights, interpret consumer behavior, and directly inform seasonal color decisions.
  • Design Communication: Communicate design intent clearly and visually by building compelling mood boards, digital CADs, and presentations. Participate in presenting seasonal color proposals to both internal and external audiences.
  • Team Support: Act as an internal subject matter expert, supporting cross-functional design partners with color technology expertise outside your primary assigned workload when business needs arise.

  • Trend & Insight Translation: Demonstrated passion for trend research, with a proven ability to gather cultural, art, and market insights and interpret them into commercial consumer products.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the professional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain tight documentation pipelines, and navigate corporate deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear and compelling communicator, both verbally and visually, when presenting concepts within cross-functional, highly matrixed settings.
