We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to bridge the gap between high-level vision and flawless cross-functional execution for a premier global biopharmaceutical leader! This is a contract role through the end of 2026 with potential to extend. This role requires Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Mettawa, IL with Mondays and Fridays remote.
Responsibilities:
- Convert strategy into executable workflows and frameworks.
- Design reusable templates, documentation, and operating models.
- Define business and operational requirements.
- Enable cross-functional orchestration (Commercial, Medical, Access, Ops).
- Build governance structures and support change adoption.
- Leverage digital tools and AI to accelerate execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Structured thinker who simplifies complexity.
- Builder of scalable, repeatable systems.
- Strong communicator translating ideas into action.
- Execution-focused collaborator across teams.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare space preferred.
