Sr Graphic Designer - Paid and Social Media

Locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, St. Louis
Position Type: Contract / Hybrid (as needed basis)
Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Compensation Range: $36 - 40 per hour

We are seeking a talented, strategic Senior Graphic Designer to serve as the lead creative for paid and social media campaigns within our Brand Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will consult with internal clients, collaborate across teams, and develop high-impact, visually compelling design solutions that move business forward. You will also manage project timelines and mentor team members.
 
Responsibilities:

• Campaign & Strategy: Conceptualize and execute end-to-end social and paid media solutions that align with business objectives; develop creative briefs, mood boards, and image boards.
• Presentation & Pitching: Design clear, visually compelling pitches and proposals. Advanced PowerPoint design skills are essential.
• Video & Storyboarding: Develop and co-develop storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas to video and animation production teams.
• Event Branding: Design and brand spaces for large-scale events, sponsorships, and booths.
• Project Management & Consulting: Conduct design consultations, lead ideation sessions, manage project timelines/budgets, and handle related administrative client communications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ to 8+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, ideally within a corporate environment, large organization, or fast-paced matrixed agency.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint. Deep technical understanding of digital media and print design.
• Communication: Exceptional consultation, presentation, and active listening skills with a proven ability to pitch and articulate creative ideas to business partners.
• Collaboration: A low-ego, highly collaborative mindset suited for a non-hierarchical, team-oriented environment.
