Compensation Range: $53 - 60 per hour
We are seeking a strategic Website Experience and Optimization Manager to lead the overarching strategy, user-journey mapping, and governance of multiple global web properties.
Operating at a high strategic level, you will own the digital roadmap and actively solve digital optimization pain points. You will partner closely with internal execution specialists, marketing analysts, and external agency partners to transform data-driven insights into high-performing digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Web Strategy & Roadmap: Own the website user experience strategy, content journeys, and project prioritization for multiple global web properties.
- Platform Governance: Oversee and manage enterprise properties within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize web analytics and SEO data to identify user friction points, eliminate design bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between IT, marketing, business units, and external agency vendors, translating complex technical data into clear business recommendations.
- Brand & Compliance: Ensure all digital experiences align with strict enterprise brand standards, accessibility requirements, and corporate governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in website management, digital UX, web strategy, or digital marketing.
- Resilient & Adaptable: Ability to stay organized and steady within a fast-paced, highly matrixed enterprise environment with multi-layered review processes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and deep familiarity with Local SEO.
- Familiarity with Figma (for site mock-ups and wireframe handoffs).
- Background working agency-side managing complex client accounts, or deep enterprise/corporate experience.
Top Must-Haves:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Direct experience managing and overseeing multiple sites within AEM is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Proven experience deciding what the digital user journey looks like and prioritizing enterprise-level web projects.
- Analytics & SEO Expertise: Proficient in using data to find where users get stuck and executing plans to fix it.
Required Technology & Tools:
- CMS: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Analytics: Google Analytics.
- SEO & Site Monitoring: Enterprise suites (e.g., BrightEdge, SEMrush, or SiteImprove).
