We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Designer to join an exciting, newly formed in-house creative studio! This studio operates as an internal agency, supporting corporate clients by delivering high-quality creative assets, improving turnaround times, and maintaining brand consistency.
In this role, you will utilize your expert design and production skills to revise, update, and repurpose existing designs across various media and channels. The ideal candidate ensures all deliverables are technically accurate, production-ready, and strictly compliant with brand guidelines. This team is growing using a collaborative "crawl-walk-run" approach, starting with foundational projects and expanding into higher complexity as the studio evolves into a best-in-class internal agency.
Responsibilities:
- Apply strong design, production, and illustration skills to support a range of creative projects.
- Repurpose existing designs and artwork for use across new media, channels, and formats.
- Revise and update existing design deliverables to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure all deliverables maintain absolute accuracy and are completely production-ready for publication.
- Handle proprietary and confidential documents with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure all materials adhere strictly to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Keep leadership informed of workload capacity and potential challenges to ensure effective, on-time delivery.
- Meet all technical and quality specifications required for publication.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated graphic design and production experience.
- Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Design Capabilities: Solid understanding of image manipulation and retouching techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional commitment to quality control, with a proven track record of producing accurate artwork and flawlessly implementing client feedback through proofing stages.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication: Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, alongside professional interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
