Compensation Range: $120,000 - 125,000 per year

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Marketing to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to architect and execute a comprehensive growth strategy. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market share, elevating global brand awareness, and defining sharp competitive win strategies across multiple sales channels and high-growth verticals.

As an executive leader, you will own the marketing budget, oversee the evolution of all brand collateral, and guide the internal marketing team with clear strategic direction. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial execution, ensuring every marketing initiative directly accelerates our broader business development goals. If you are a seasoned strategist who thrives at the intersection of brand building and revenue generation, we want you to lead our marketing organization.
 
Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement the overarching marketing strategy to position the company for growth in current and future marketplaces.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and research to identify customer needs, market factors, and technical requirements to shape opportunities early in the sales cycle.
  • Business Development Support: Develop a diverse sales funnel, account capture plans, and differentiated management tactics to win new business and facilitate "gate reviews" for leadership.
  • Brand & Content Management: Oversee the creation and approval of all company collateral, including white papers, press announcements, digital content, and traditional advertising materials.
  • Omnichannel Execution: Utilize a mix of traditional outlets (events, PR, direct marketing) and emerging digital approaches (SEO/PPC, social campaigns, and viral marketing) to drive awareness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to coordinate new product launches, determine product highlights, and maintain relationships with the distributor community.
  • Departmental Leadership: Manage the marketing budget based on ROI rationales and lead the professional development of marketing department staff. 

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of translating technical capabilities into customer benefits.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform price analysis, product line forecasting, and costing from inception to end-user.
  • Communication & Content: Exceptional written and analytical skills with the ability to create high-impact sales support materials, presentations, and sell sheets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including database management; experience with graphics and desktop publishing software is a significant plus.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrated attention to detail, strong research skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving project timelines.
