Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end global programming schedules across content management systems to ensure seamless platform operations and timely content deployment.
  • Manage cross-functional merchandising and curation workflows utilizing specialized project tools to drive maximize content discoverability and platform engagement.
  • Synthesize localized programming data and legal right restrictions into comprehensive internal planning calendars to maintain alignment across multiple international teams.
  • Contribute data-driven insights and scheduling metrics to high-level weekly and quarterly business presentations to support long-term editorial strategy. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of content planning, curation, or scheduling experience within a major entertainment, media, linear television, or streaming network.
  • Advanced technical proficiency managing digital workflows within enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), Airtable, and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex matrix environments, managing cross-functional stakeholder communication, and mitigating project risks.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional organizational skills and rapid adaptability within dynamic, high-visibility ecosystems.
