Website Product Specialist (Hybrid - 3x/week)

Compensation Range: $45 - 48 per hour

Our large bipharmaceutical client is seeking a Contractor, Website Product Specialist to join their Web Channel team. This role is a high-impact, execution-oriented position focused on the Oncology book of business. You will support the delivery of brand website initiatives on digital marketing platforms, ensuring that updates are move through our established processes efficiently, accurately, and on time.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform approved website updates and content changes for assigned brand sites using enterprise CMS platforms.
• Act as the bridge between Brand Marketing, agency partners, and Technology teams to support launch readiness and post-launch follow-up.
• Support content authoring, QA processes, and MRP submissions.
• Partner with Analytics teams to support tagging, reporting, and A/B testing efforts to drive site performance.
• Gather and document requirements for approved enhancements while guiding internal and external partners through our web governance standards. 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in Website Operations, Digital Marketing, or Content Management.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise-level CMS platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven experience working with marketing agencies and technical partners in a highly matrixed corporate environment.
• Familiarity with web QA processes, Agile delivery, and launch support.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project is a plus.
