Compensation Range: $28 - 30 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Sourcing manager with the negotiation strategy to achieve the best possible margin while ensuring quality is not compromised.
- Communicates daily, and in a timely manner, with our overseas offices/agents/vendors as well as our internal merchant's team and PD partners.
- Heavy work in Microsoft Excel. Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge around working on pivots, mastering formulas, advanced math skills.
- Collaborates and consults with Sourcing manager, Product development and Design team for functional guidance.
- Assists the Sourcing manager with keeping the team on the time and action calendar - working with the overseas offices/agents and product development team.
- Assists the Sourcing manager in recommending and ensuring that new vendors meet corporate compliance requirements.
- Weekly production tracking ensuring on time deliveries.
- Performs special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- High proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation/communications skills/math skills.
- Experience within Production / Retail / Supply Chain or Manufacturing required.
- Highly detailed oriented.
- Handles complexity well, being nimble, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
