Join a supportive, forward-thinking telecom team as they embark on a major initiative to re-architect their UI portals. In this role you aren't just updating layouts; you are building entirely new frameworks to support next-generation features. As a key UX-focused partner, you will work independently to unify these initiatives, crafting intuitive journeys for both internal and external users. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence a scalable design system and integrate cutting-edge LLM capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Your Impact: A Day in the Life
- Orchestrate Journeys: Lead product discovery workshops to map end-to-end storyboards and high-fidelity prototypes for complex workflows.
- Architect Frameworks: Create and maintain a robust design system in Figma, including component libraries and tokens that ensure consistency across the organization.
- Innovate with AI: Identify and design LLM-augmented experiences, such as assistive search and contextual prompts, defining the future of user interaction.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate intricate business requirements into elegant UI solutions while collaborating closely with engineering to ensure seamless handoffs.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Vision: 5+ years of UX-led design experience with a portfolio showcasing sophisticated web and mobile products.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level Figma skills and a proven ability to build comprehensive digital design systems.
- Analytical Mindset: A knack for data analysis and the ability to test UI rigorously to ensure user requirements are exceeded.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive communicator who thrives in agile environments and values the "advocacy" a dedicated recruitment partner provides.
- Position is open to Washington DC or Philadelphia, PA.
