Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross functional teams to communicate important integration messages to customers, following a pre-defined communications strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal contacts to send out approved communications, and ensure communications go out on time.
  • Effectively manage the communications strategy and workplan, including reaching out to responsible parties as needed.
  • Work with internal marketing automation team to send out communications.
  • Evaluate communications strategy and workplan throughout process and bring recommendations to key stakeholders, if needed.
  • Reviewing rebranded collateral for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage and prioritize Workfront requests, ensuring alignment with timelines and business priorities.
  • Monitor performance of communications (e.g., engagement metrics) and suggest optimizations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of communications plans, approvals, and asset tracking.
  • Create and update trackers, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Project Management and/or Communications.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Internal, executive or customer communications.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront.
  • Brand experience a plus.
  • Project management and communications experience will be helpful.
  • Experience working with brand or brand management will be helpful.
