  • As you gather project information, you'll act as a liaison between the internal client and the creative teams as they plan and execute the creative, innovative and technical elements for the project.
  • You'll develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • You'll be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings, clearly communicating project status, updates and at-risk elements to ensure projects are aligned to objectives and strategic goals while managing expectations with clients.
  • You'll drive the process for each program, lead tactical plans, allocate resources, delegate tasks and communicate client objectives to the creative team.
  • You'll establish efficient processes, identify solutions for improvement and work with the creative managers to facilitate the implementation across project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent training and work experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of event logistics, industry practices and trends.
  • In-depth knowledge and breadth of experience of project management practices and tools.
  • In-depth experience managing large-scale projects while leading team members.
  • Executive presence with ability to present complex solutions to C-suite audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultation, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution and persuasion abilities.
