In the world of Specialty Insurance, success isn't just about brand-it's about the precision of distribution. Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations & Reporting who understands the high-stakes logic of Wholesale Brokerage, Delegated Authority, and Program Management for a temp-to-perm opportunity. You aren't just managing campaigns; you are building the operational engine that translates underwriting business logic into scalable market growth. You will lead the transformation of our marketing workflows, ensuring our systems are as sophisticated as the captive and affinity business we manage.
Responsibilities:
How You Will Contribute
- Operational Architecture: Build and optimize the workflows that connect our internal underwriting logic to our external brokerage partners.
- Performance Insight: Develop the "Source of Truth." You will oversee analytics and build dashboards that track KPIs across complex divisions, giving leadership visibility into program effectiveness and business impact.
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the bridge between Divisional Marketing Teams and Business Goals. You'll ensure that resources are allocated to the highest-value initiatives, from new program launches to captive growth.
- Change Leadership: Lead marketing transformation initiatives. You'll move the needle on how we use technology (Wrike, HubSpot, SharePoint) to create a repeatable, scalable model for success.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and executive leadership to ensure our marketing operations support our delegated authority mandates and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years leading Marketing Ops in a highly regulated environment. Deep experience in Wholesale, MGA/MGU, or Delegated Authority models is highly preferred.
- Business Logic Fluency: You understand the nuances of the wholesale value chain-from brokerage and affinity groups to captive structures.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Automation), Wrike/Smartsheet (Project Management), and SharePoint. Experience with AI communication platforms is a major plus.
- Analytical Rigor: A proven track record of turning "messy data" into actionable dashboards and OKR tracking.
- Meritocratic Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a culture that rewards performance, transparency, and a "hands-on" leadership style.
