We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for clients within the Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal verticals. In this role, you will champion customer-centric solutions, leveraging your digital marketing expertise to deliver high-impact strategies and data-driven recommendations that move the needle for our partners.
You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—focusing on precise audience targeting, seamless facilitation, and continuous optimization to ensure premier marketing outcomes. If you are a proactive communicator who excels at translating client needs into actionable digital results, we want you to lead these key categories.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main client liaison for assigned accounts within Electronics, Toys/Media, and Seasonal categories.
- Develop and present marketing strategies that align with client objectives and best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accurate implementation and timely launches.
- Provide audience recommendations tailored to marketing KPIs and campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend post-launch optimization tactics to maximize results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, analytics, creative, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and drive client satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital account management, media planning, or digital marketing (retail/media agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
