Compensation Range: $30 - 65 per hour
This is a proactive pipeline search on behalf of a world-renowned leader in the Biopharmaceutical industry. We are building a high-caliber talent pool in anticipation of upcoming Account Management needs across multiple seniority levels (Junior to Senior).
We are seeking Account Management professionals who will act as the vital link between internal Brand Teams and their external creative agencies. You will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and navigating the complexities of the modern healthcare landscape.
Location & Hybrid Schedule: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the North Suburbs of Chicago (Lake County, IL) 2-3 days per week. Remote-only applicants will not be considered.
Term: Roles are typically 6 to 12-month contract assignments with high potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Core Responsibilities (Varying by Seniority)
- Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between internal commercial stakeholders and agency partners to ensure brand objectives are translated into actionable, high-impact creative briefs.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital platforms, HCP-facing materials, and patient-centric content.
- Regulatory Navigation: Lead the submission and tracking of promotional materials through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review process. Senior-level talent will be expected to provide strategic guidance on compliance risk and process optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, punctuality, and financial accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Managed Care, and HR-to ensure a unified and compliant brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Brand Management.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Device).
- Process Knowledge: Proven familiarity with Veeva Vault (PromoMats) or similar MLR/MRP submission platforms is highly preferred.
- Agency Savvy: Professional experience working within or managing a Creative, Digital, or Advertising Agency.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
