Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour
Our successful retail media network is looking for a seasoned Digital Account Strategist to design and implement performance-focused advertising strategies. In this high-impact role at a global retail leader, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals to connect major brands with a massive consumer base of over 150 million households. We are seeking a self-motivated, strategic leader who excels in high-stakes, autonomous environments and is driven by revenue results.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Expansion: Uncover new growth avenues to increase spend beyond initial agreements and oversee supplier accounts to hit financial benchmarks.
- Proposal Engineering: Work closely with the Sales team to draft pitches, assess deal structures, and manage all necessary iterations.
- Performance Reviews: Participate in the development and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Joint Business Plan (JBP) sessions.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Creative Oversight: Shepherd the creative workflow between brands and internal designers, ensuring proper use of templates and tracking tags.
- Media Strategy: Construct data-backed campaign plans tailored to specific brand goals and broader marketing KPIs.
- Optimization & Launch: Coordinate with Campaign Management to handle technical trafficking, go-live procedures, and ongoing performance tuning.
- Technical Leadership: Direct campaign onboarding, establish technical requirements, and resolve any operational hurdles or discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internal Alignment: Interface with Product, Ad Sales, Category Marketing, and Merchandising departments to ensure unified execution.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier Brand Managers, data teams, and third-party E-commerce agencies.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to Senior Campaign Managers and junior staff while streamlining operational workflows.
Analytics & Operations
- Data Interpretation: Team up with Analytics units to validate reporting precision and deliver strategic insights that inform brand decisions.
- Fiscal Management: Oversee the monthly billing cycle to guarantee billing accuracy and the fulfillment of all media spend.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass individual performance targets and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a revenue-focused, cross-functional role within a large-scale corporate infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the ad-tech landscape, including DMP integration and the creation of multi-channel media plans.
- Practical experience in search engine optimization and delivering tactical search recommendations.
- Superior project management skills with a focus on enhancing client trust and increasing long-term investment.
- Resilience in high-pressure scenarios, with the ability to manage urgent requests and escalate critical roadblocks effectively.
- Can commute to Hoboken, NJ once a week.
