We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Project Manager to lead a high-visibility rebrand initiative. This role involves merging and rebranding profit centers within a structured PMO environment. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous PM with a disciplined, PMI-based approach to project execution and a background in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive complex rebrand projects from initiation to completion within a formal PMO structure.
- Planning & Execution: Build and maintain rigorous project plans in Smartsheet, tracking scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
- Governance: Own all project documentation (charters, status reports, risk/decision logs) using Confluence and PMO templates.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate kickoffs and status meetings, navigating competing priorities and communicating confidently with senior leadership.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify roadblocks and drive resolutions to keep timelines on track.
Qualifications:
- Insurance Industry Experience: Only candidates with prior experience in the insurance sector will be considered.
- Methodology: Strong foundation in PMI/Waterfall frameworks and traditional project governance.
- PMO Background: Proven track record working within a structured PMO using standardized processes and audits.
- Autonomy: Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, PPT, OneNote).
- Preferred Experience: Experience leading rebrand initiatives or merging business segments.
