We are seeking a Marketing Associate to lead Card updates across our extensive and growing branch network. In this critical role, you will serve as the operational linchpin, ensuring that our branches-a vital channel for our customers and communities-are fully equipped to deliver on our product promises. You will bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and field execution, ensuring every banker has the tools they need to succeed.
You will drive branch readiness by managing Go-To-Market workstreams, maintaining precise trackers, and overseeing the production of bilingual banker collateral in both English and Spanish. By partnering with Product, Acquisitions, and Sales & Strategy teams, you will identify key engagement opportunities and perform rigorous quality control on all digital test links. Hybrid work schedule: This schedule will be Monday and Tuesday in Office Wed-Fri work from home for the first 12 month cycle. May be subject to change post extension.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for managing Card updates within our extensive (and growing) branch network which is an important channel for our customers and our communities.
- This will include supporting branch readiness efforts through the appropriate Card and Consumer Bank readiness forums, updating all associated trackers within Go-To-Market workstreams for completeness and accuracy, managing updates needed to banker collateral including English and Spanish versions, and reviewing and approving test links for quality control.
- This person will do this by partnering with several key stakeholders including Product teams, Acquisitions team, Sales and Strategy, Servicing and Go-to-Market teams to understand the business goals and identify marketing and field engagement opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
