Compensation Range: $75,000 - 85,000 per year
The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple channels (social media, Google Ads, print, etc.) to boost brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.
- Run advertising campaigns on digital platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and traditional media (i.e. print, radio, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, visual and messaging that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage advertising budgets and provide regular, in-depth reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging platforms and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise with digital and traditional advertising platforms (i.e. Google Ads,
- Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and traditional media (i.e. print, radio, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for creating ad copy and internal reporting.
- Knowledge of fasteners industry is a plus.
- Language Ability English is the primary language.
- Additional languages are a plus for both spoken and written ability.
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Math Ability.
- Have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Have the ability apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning Ability.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Experience/Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in advertising, media planning, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (i.e., Google Ads Certification).
- Experience with SQL or CRM tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
