We are seeking a Brand Management Consultant to drive the long-term growth and lifecycle management of our key properties and franchises. In this role, you will be a central strategic lead, coordinating daily with cross-functional partners in hardlines, softlines, publishing, and live experiences to ensure a unified brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.

You will act as a data-driven visionary, collaborating with research teams to mine consumer insights and market trends that inform our strategic approach. From developing high-stakes pitch materials to managing the approval of marketing assets and supporting the retail sell-in process, you will ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive. Responsibilities:
The Brand Management consultant will be responsible for:

  • Support the development of long-range property plans that manage the Lifecyle for key properties and franchises across consumer demographics.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination with partners in hardlines, softlines, live experiences, publishing, corporate franchise and content for assigned portfolio of brands.
  • Analyze and understand consumer and market trends to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Review and manage approvals of marketing materials.
  • Develop new pitch materials to support the business needs.
  • Collaborate with research teams across the company to mine insights and research to inform strategic approach.
  • Identify additional research and insight needs.
  • Collaborate with retail teams and licensing teams to support the sell-in process. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships by working collaboratively across multi-functional teams.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS office including Word, Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills to a both small and large groups.
  • Self-starter, dependable, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience.
