Retail Product Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $51 - 55 per hour

You will join the Women's Training Apparel creation team to manage and oversee product creation for elite to everyday training athletes. This high-visibility role involves leading product and design reviews, connecting with merchandising on strategy, and managing a portfolio of sports bras. You will drive product strategy, gather insights from athletes and consumers, and work closely with design and technical design teams to enable clear storytelling.

This is a W2 contract through February 2027. This is covering an employee leave so extension is possible but not likely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the product creation for our elite to everyday training athletes in Women's Training Apparel.
  • Lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participate in cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners.
  • Define and driving a vision and product strategy that transcends the sport and drives energy at retail.
  • Work with design and merchandising to enable clear storytelling all the way to our athletes and consumers.
  • Partner with sports marketing, training athletes and consumers to gather insights and product approval. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles.
  • Product management experience and knowledge in performance apparel a plus.
