Compensation Range: $64 - 68 per hour

Our client, a premier global apparel and footwear brand, is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Lead to join their team of innovative thinkers. This role is dedicated to driving cultural relevance and business growth across the digital ecosystem. Working closely with Brand partners, Creatives, and Regional Teams, the Lead will push the boundaries of the digital landscape to ensure high-impact consumer engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate will focus on architecting, executing, and overseeing seasonal digital marketing plans across owned platforms, social media, and creator partnerships.

  • Strategic Planning: Driving long-term consumer engagement across the e-commerce site, proprietary apps, and creator channels.
  • Messaging & Resonance: Ensuring brand, product, and seasonal messages resonate deeply with the target consumer.
  • Content Leadership: Leading the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborating across various category teams (Performance and Lifestyle) to inspire global brand advocacy and loyalty. 

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of specific experience in brand, digital, or social marketing.
  • Brand Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop digital content for highly visible, global brands.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Agility: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can lead through change and ambiguity.
  • Data & Analytics: Fluency in reading consumer data to craft measurement and optimization plans.
  • Agency Management: Experience overseeing creative, media, and research agencies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a knack for presenting complex business issues and building partner relationships.
