Compensation Range: $115 - 120 per hour
As our marketing department scales, we are seeking a skilled strategist to elevate our original film campaigns during our North American expansion. In this role, you will collaborate with internal partners to design and execute tailored, high-impact content initiatives specifically for our regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a focused marketing group to develop high-level strategies for high-profile, 360-degree national campaigns (US & Canada) spanning digital, broadcast, print, and experiential platforms, with a core focus on "talkable" innovation.
- Direct regional campaign logistics by aligning creative, media, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners to navigate and maintain talent relationships.
- Oversee daily campaign operations while working in tandem with creative departments to maintain strategic consistency.
- Supervise agency partners in the creation and implementation of media tactics and overall campaign execution.
- Partner with internal data teams to synthesize insights and analytics, ensuring continuous optimization of current and future media plans.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience steering major brand initiatives and 360-degree regional marketing at leading agencies or in-house environments.
- A demonstrated track record of building marketing frameworks from the ground up, including brand positioning, audience segmentation, and multi-phase launch plans.
- Expertise in guiding agile, multi-disciplinary teams toward the successful launch of integrated campaigns.
- Extensive background in defining creative strategy and overseeing the full campaign lifecycle.
- Deep digital literacy, including the capacity to pivot strategies based on real-time performance metrics.
- A comprehensive grasp of the full communication ecosystem (PR, social media, etc.) required for campaign visibility.
- Prior experience aligning product or content-specific campaigns with broader corporate brand goals.
- Preferred: Expertise in talent management and a background in film promotion or experiential/stunt marketing.
