Compensation Range: $50 - 54 per hour
We are seeking a high-caliber Art Director to lead creative strategy and execution for a large portfolio of experiential events. In this role, you will act as a creative champion, translating complex business challenges into memorable, innovative brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Ideation: Drive creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts from concept to execution.
- Stakeholder Influence: Articulate and present compelling visions to gain alignment and sell through bold design directions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach creative staff in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Execution: Overhaul and elevate visual content for high-stakes tradeshows and experiential activations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of event-related art direction and design.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in prototyping, Microsoft Copilot, Office, and Teams.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of event industry practices, digital trends, and experiential innovation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead ideation sessions, provide constructive critiques, and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
