Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer for a 2 month, hybrid (2 days onsite) contract in Framingham, MA.
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support creative development across email and in-store retail channels for a dynamic brand. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling through visual design, and understands how to balance brand consistency with performance-driven creative.
You'll partner closely with Creative, Brand, and Production teams to bring campaigns to life across digital and physical touchpoints while gaining a deep understanding of the brand and its cross-functional ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Retail / In-Store Creative
- Design signage packages, fixtures, and in-store communication assets.
- Apply brand visual identity across endcaps, toppers, stanchions, and promotional signage.
- Balance creative expression with clear messaging and strong value communication.
- Partner with production teams to prepare print-ready files and review proofs.
- Participate in concept development for seasonal campaigns and visual storytelling moments.
- Ability to capture elevated in-store photo and video content on iPhone that highlights merchandise quality and aligns with brand standards.
- Identify and execute process and procedural improvements that enhance efficiency and creative execution.
- Support and create work that is on-brand and on-strategy across all marketing channels (retail, email, social, site, etc.)
Email Design
- Design compelling, on-brand email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Translate seasonal concepts and promotional strategies into thoughtful layouts.
- Work within templates while elevating typography, hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Prepare final files for deployment and collaborate with production to ensure accurate execution.
- Optimize designs based on performance insights and testing learnings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience (retail, consumer brand, or agency preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital (email/social) and print/retail work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative thoughtfully.
- Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and production accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Partner closely with creative peers to design within brand standards and visual identity.
