Compensation Range: $40 - 46 per hour
Our client, a leading player in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, is seeking a meticulous and creative Design Lead to bridge the gap between high-level design strategy and flawless execution. In this role, you will translate complex business objectives and consumer insights into compelling design concepts. As a regional lead, you will act as a hands-on creator while maintaining collaborative relationships with local market counterparts to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across the territory.
Duration: 29 weeks with potential to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative creative campaign concepts and translate them into impactful key visuals.
- Lead design strategy from ideation through to final execution, ensuring all work aligns with consumer needs and business goals.
- Design flagship store flows and assets in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Produce high-volume digital assets for specific business categories and E-Commerce campaigns (averaging 180 visuals per month).
- Create optimized E-content for e-Retailer pages, including power images, secondary benefit visuals, and enhanced product displays.
- Support major commercial milestones with high-quality creative output.
- Adapt existing visual templates and working files into various sizes and formats while enhancing visual appeal (e.g., background adjustments, element layering).
- Develop basic GIFs and story content for social media platforms.
- Perform basic video editing to support digital marketing efforts.
- Manage a fast-paced workflow, turning around assets within 2-3 working days.
- Incorporate feedback effectively through 2-3 rounds of revisions per project.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure local market relevance and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably within a creative agency or a fast-paced CPG environment.
- Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Proven ability to create assets for E-Commerce and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, e-Retailers).
- Proficient in basic video editing and motion graphics (GIFs).
- Meticulous eye for layout, typography, and color management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse regional teams.
- Ability to handle high-volume production schedules without sacrificing creative quality.
- A solid understanding of print feasibility and production processes is preferred.
