Compensation Range: $38 - 43 per hour
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid, contract role. The team goes onsite every other week.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR Change Management and Program Leads to align communication goals with broader business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Visual Storytelling: Support key program milestones (launches, roadshows, town halls, and quarterly updates) by producing high-quality visual assets and presentation decks.
- Audience Segmentation: Tailor messaging and visuals for a wide range of audiences-from senior executives to front-line employees-ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Executive Advisory: Partner directly with senior leaders and strategy leads to refine narratives, polish visual flow, and prep for high-stakes engagements.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Develop and deploy communication strategies across various platforms, maintaining a unified voice and brand.
- Digital Content Management: Lead the maintenance and updates of Wealth HR Change Management SharePoint sites, optimizing for layout and user navigation.
- Operational Efficiency: Curate a library of templates and reusable assets to streamline workflows and ensure brand alignment across the team.
- Impact Tracking: Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate reach and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in communications, visual design, or a related role, with a focus on supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience working within transformation or large-scale program environments is strongly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: * Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert-level ability to transform complex data into compelling slides.
- SharePoint: Proficient in managing modern sites, pages, and navigation structures.
- Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of information hierarchy, user-centric design, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong narrative-building skills and the resourcefulness to navigate a fast-paced, evolving corporate landscape.
