Compensation Range: $34 - 65 per hour
This is a proactive pipeline search on behalf of a premier global leader in healthcare and integrated pharmacy services. We are building a high-caliber talent pool for upcoming Marketing needs across all seniority levels (Junior to Senior).
We are seeking "Enterprise-minded" marketers who are passionate about simplifying the healthcare experience. From executing tactical digital campaigns to leading high-level brand strategy, these roles act as the engine behind a mission to modernize and humanize healthcare.
Location & Hybrid Schedule: Candidates must be local to either Woonsocket, RI or Boston, MA to support a 3-day onsite hybrid schedule. Remote-only applicants will not be considered.
Term: Roles are typically 6 to 12-month contract assignments with high potential for extension.
Core Responsibilities (Varying by Seniority)
- Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Lead or support data-driven engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. Senior levels will be responsible for overarching journey strategy and performance optimization.
- Matrix Leadership: Navigate and influence within a highly matrixed organization. Senior roles will act as consultants to Brand Strategy and Subject Matter Experts, while Junior roles will focus on tactical cross-departmental coordination.
- Compliance & MLR Stewardship: Oversee the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process. Ensure all marketing tactics-from digital banners to clinical guides-align with corporate governance and HIPAA guidelines.
- Strategic Journey Mapping: Translate complex healthcare benefits and clinical data into accessible, "plain language" content for patients. Senior levels will lead the development of these messaging frameworks.
- MarTech & Data Analytics: Utilize enterprise tools (such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce, or Veeva) to deploy campaigns. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, conducting A/B test analysis, and reporting ROI to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-10+ years in Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Project Management.
- Industry Expertise: Required experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, PBM, Managed Care, or Healthcare Retail).
- Regulatory Fluency: Deep understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA) and the nuances of marketing to diverse member populations.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency with workflow and review tools such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Workfront, and/or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Organizational Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage numerous high-stakes workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Communications, Business, or a related field.
