Compensation Range: $48 - 52 per hour
Are you a designer who lives and breathes social media? We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our team and lead the charge in bringing our brand's social capabilities in-house. This is a pivotal role where you will help reinvent our partner-facing social strategy, scaling our ability to produce high-performing, platform-native content.
The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, storyteller, and content creator. You understand how to translate complex business narratives into compelling visuals that stop the scroll.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Execute: Create platform-native assets primarily for LinkedIn, ranging from static posts and carousels to infographics and short-form motion graphics.
- Translate Strategy: Turn thought leadership and business priorities into visually engaging narratives and executive social content.
- Collaborate & Concept: Partner with social, content, and campaign teams to brainstorm and execute content that drives measurable engagement.
- Optimize Performance: Develop creative variations for A/B testing and apply platform insights to continuously improve design output.
- Build Systems: Create repeatable templates and scalable design workflows to increase speed and maintain brand consistency.
- Project Management: Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in graphic/digital design with a strong portfolio of social-first creative work.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Design DNA: Exceptional skills in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand design.
- B2B Edge: Experience designing for B2B technology or SaaS brands is highly preferred.
- Bonus Points: Motion graphics, light video editing skills, and familiarity with social performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates, etc.).
