We are seeking a Website Project Manager to serve as the central connective thread for a high-priority website redesign and rebuild. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between IT, Digital Marketing, Product Development, Creative, and Global teams to ensure a unified digital presence. You aren’t just managing a timeline; you are orchestrating a complex, multiphase content evolution that balances technical constraints with brand ambition.

You will take full ownership of the planning and execution for four major content batches—comprising 200–400 total pages—ensuring every page is prioritized, content-ready, and delivered on schedule. Acting as a strategic coordinator, you will manage dependencies between domestic and global digital teams, maintain visibility across all milestones, and even roll up your sleeves to help build out pages when necessary. Responsibilities:
1) Website Content Planning & Prioritization

  • Act as the central liaison across I.T., Digital Marketing, Product Development, Creative/Communications and Global regions for all website related activities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear content and page-building requirements.
  • Prioritize pages within each of four content batches, ensuring sequencing aligns with project timelines and cross-team goals.
  • Identify missing content, new page needs, and gaps requiring clarification or additional assets.

2) Web Page Creation & Execution

  • Build and publish website pages directly within the CMS, alongside managing work assigned to other page builders.
  • Execute page builds for new, migrated, and updated content using approved templates, components, and design standards.
  • Ensure pages are properly structured for UX, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
  • Support page updates, fixes, and optimizations on the existing website while the redesign is in progress.

3) Cross-Functional Content Coordination

  • Partners with Product Development and Creative/Communications teams to source missing copy, product data, photography, documents, and other needed assets.
  • Ensure all content meets brand, UX, SEO, and accessibility guidelines before delivery to development.
  • Maintain complete documentation of content readiness, approvals, and outstanding items.

4) Support & Leadership of Digital Marketing Page Builders

  • Guide and support the 2-3 Digital USA + Global Marketing team members who are responsible for building new website pages.
  • Ensure page builders clearly understand requirements, priorities, and deadlines for each batch.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for questions or blockers related to product information, content, or creative assets.
  • Facilitate rapid issue resolution by coordinating directly with Product and Creative teams.

5) Project Management & Tracking

  • Manage the end-to-end timeline for all four content batches, keeping the project aligned to launch milestones. Keep timelines for all four content batches, keeping the project aligned to launch milestones.
  • Use Smartsheets to track every page's status, dependencies, and asset readiness.
  • Identify risks or delays early and escalate when timelines or workload appear at risk.
  • Provide clear visibility of progress to leadership and stakeholders.

6) Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead a weekly cross functional status meeting, presenting updates on content readiness, risks, and upcoming priorities. functional status meeting.

  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical groups to maintain alignment.

7) Quality Assurance & Pre Launch Validation

  • Review newly built or migrated pages to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved materials.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for content functionality and visual consistency.
  • Flag issues or required revisions prior to final development handoff.

8) Global Team Alignment & Support

  • Collaborate with 17 culture-site marketing managers to keep work aligned to project milestones.
  • Share timelines, requirements, and best practices.
  • Provide light progress tracking for global content readiness.

9) Process Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish structured processes for content intake, approvals, and tracking across teams.
  • Recommend improvements to workload management, communication flows, and page-building workflows.
  • Support the creation of long-term website governance and content maintenance best practices post-launch. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in website project management, digital content operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional digital projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dozens of pages/tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and building website content in a CMS environment.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheets, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and creative teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify gaps, and proactively drive next steps without waiting for direction.
