Location: Malvern, PA (onsite Tues/Weds/Thurs)
Job Type: W2 hourly contract, 6-months (extension/conversion based on performance)
Compensation Range: $50-60/hr

On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking a Design Specialist to join their brand marketing team supporting the development of custom creative assets for new product launches.

In this role, you will be an end-to-end contributor, delivering creative concepts and direction, design solutions, and/or art direction for print materials, presentations, email and social media. Transforms draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful end products.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Transforms draft materials and concepts into clear, impactful visuals and design solutions.
  • Software Expertise: Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to produce digital files for electronic or print output.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintains design standards and brand identity, ensuring high-caliber consistency across all projects.
  • Adaptable Mindset: Embraces flexibility, pivots quickly as needed, and fosters a continuous learning environment.
  • Documentation & Standards: Creates and maintains templates, documents specifications, and explains project standards.
  • File Management: Maintains records of project timing and follows departmental procedures for naming, storing, and archiving digital files.
  • Compliance: Adheres to company policies regarding electronic media.
  • Additional Duties: Participates in special projects and performs other assigned tasks as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Five years related work experience in creative agency settings designing quality communications deliverables across both traditional print and digital mediums.
  • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience required.
  • Able to work with a diverse set of graphic design and UX software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, WorkFront, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
