Agency Pharmaceutical Senior Project Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $40.00 - 44.83 per hour

Join a large pharmaceutical client's internal advertising agency as a Senior Project Manager. In this high-visibility role, you will act as a strategic partner to Account Managers and Brand Teams, overseeing the end-to-end execution of print, digital, and video projects. You will be responsible for navigating projects through a fast-paced agency workflow while ensuring strict adherence to corporate branding and pharmaceutical compliance standards.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines from initiation through completion across all internal departments.
• Assist in the trafficking and delivery of print, digital, and video assets, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Manage projects through the Veeva PromoMats review process, ensuring all materials comply with promotional guidelines and corporate compliance.
• Act as a primary liaison between the creative team and account management to facilitate timely, accurate communications.
• Track daily time, adhere to financial policies, and maintain productivity in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment. 

Qualifications:

• Strict Requirement: Resumes will not be considered without at least 5 consecutive years of advertising agency experience specifically supporting pharmaceutical clients.
• Agency Background: 5-10 years of advertising agency experience required, specifically within the last 3-5 years.
• Pharma Expertise: 1-5 years of dedicated pharmaceutical (not general healthcare) experience within an agency setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agency workflow process, including kickoff, production, and archiving.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
