Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour
We are seeking a Creative Producer to take on a high-visibility role within our internal agency, leading the end-to-end orchestration of integrated campaigns across film, photo, and digital platforms. This position demands a unique blend of creative ambition and operational rigor. You will be responsible for translating high-level concepts into actionable production plans and budgets, acting as the strategic glue that ensures our storytelling remains impactful while navigating the complexities of Legal, Strategy, and external vendor management.
With significant agency experience, you will lead multi-channel projects from the initial pitch to final delivery. Whether you are managing RFPs, commanding a production set, or overseeing OOH and emerging media, your focus will be on maintaining brand consistency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production across video and photo projects.
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors.
- Translate concepts into actionable production plans, scopes, and budgets.
- Manage RFPs, crews, timelines, and delivery across multiple platforms.
- Support pitch development and production strategy as needed.
- Ensure brand and storytelling alignment throughout execution.
- Operate confidently on set and in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
Qualifications:
- Agency and/or integrated production experience.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working independently while embedding into internal teams.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigor.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Real estate or lifestyle storytelling experience is a plus.
