Compensation Range: $155,000 - 201,400 per year
We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Project Manager to join our Risk and Compliance team. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, driving comprehensive project plans from conception to successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in accordance with the firm's established SDLC process. Ensure proper creation and delivery of SDLC deliverables, lead planning for SRB stage gate reviews;
- Oversee a portfolio of projects across various business areas and systems. Drive and manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Work with IT leadership in understanding sequencing and identifying dependencies;
- Develop project plans, create and manage sprints, track tasks, budgets, status reports and other key artifacts;
- Develop effective reporting for senior leadership around project status, risks, issues and budget;
- Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work;
- Schedule and run meetings. Ensure meetings are structured, focused with clear agendas and goals set;
- Coordinate work with other IT and business teams to drive and track progress; and
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the business and strong communication with leadership.
Proficiencies:
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence, and JIRA.
- Skilled in problem solving, navigating challenges and consistently driving progress.
- Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Excellent presentation skills; and Highly collaborative and customer focused.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experienced managing large complex projects within a professional services industry.
- 10 years' experience in a project management role (preferred).
- At least 7 years of executive level engagement and customer service (required).
- At least 7 years of information technology experience (required).
