Digital Campaign Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid 2 days in office (Monday and Tuesday) in Wilmington, DE; remaining days remote
Type: Contract through 2026 with potential for extension
Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour

Our financial client is looking for a Campaign Manager to join their Payments Marketing team. This team drives scale and engagement for commerce products and experiences. This contractor will support end-to-end strategy and execution of always-on and incentive campaigns, help evolve holistic digital Payments marketing strategy, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable outcomes.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Campaign strategy, execution, and optimization: Partner with Commerce Payments Marketing to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that increase customer engagement and deliver business outcomes; manage creative development, execution timelines, business cases/decks, and performance tracking.
  • Financial health initiatives: Support messaging strategy and execution for stored card, subscription cancellation, and other digital payments features -with cross-functional input from product and line-of-business partners.
  • Sports & Entertainment programs: Assist in launching and scaling S&E marketing initiatives-including team partnerships, entitlements, offers, and performance measurement-ensuring on-time delivery and consistent reporting.
  • Measurement and reporting: Develop ongoing and ad hoc readouts, dashboards, and KPI frameworks in partnership with Analytics, Finance, and agency/internal teams; synthesize insights and recommend enhancements to creative, targeting, and incentives.
  • Test-and-learn agenda: Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Test Design to build structured experiments across Payments Marketing; leverage LLM/AI tools, competitive research, and historical insights to inform hypotheses and scale learnings.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Coordinate across Product, Analytics, Finance, Corporate Development, DCE, Brand, Card partners, and additional stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of Commerce Payments products and features.
  • Project and stakeholder management: Run day-to-day project plans, risks, and dependencies; maintain clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders; ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. 

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, or product marketing (financial services, fintech, e-commerce, or payments strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (always-on and promotional) with clear KPIs, test plans, and optimization cycles.
  • Proficiency building executive-ready materials (business cases, strategy narratives, performance readouts) and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Strong analytics orientation: ability to interpret dashboards, funnel metrics, and incentive performance; comfortable partnering with analytics and finance teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex topics and present to cross-functional and leadership audiences.
  • Ownership Mentality: You are a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Execution Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on tight deadlines, and drive cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
  • Data Storytelling: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence & Partnership: Communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders, building consensus, and managing partner/agency relationships.
  • Test & Learn: Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and test design (A/B, multivariate); prior exposure to LLM/AI tools to accelerate research, content, or analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and promotes a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer first mindset.
