Working under the guidance of the Executive Director of Global Marketing & Social Analytics, the Senior Manager is a pivotal figure in advancing data-driven strategies for both domestic and international theatrical marketing. In this role, you will spearhead high-level analysis, testing, and insight generation to refine campaign direction, creative output, and media investments across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Insight Delivery: Architect and deliver compelling, data-backed reports that empower creative, technical, and executive leaders to make informed business decisions.
- Campaign Optimization: Execute sophisticated analyses to prioritize resources and evaluate the effectiveness of global paid and organic marketing efforts.
- Media Experimentation: Direct the design and implementation of marketing experiments across U.S. and global territories, partnering with cross-functional teams to test new growth strategies.
- Platform Deep-Dives: Utilize advanced analytics suites to perform exhaustive reviews of platform performance and translate digital creative testing into actionable intelligence.
- Performance Synthesis: Consolidate data from brand lift research, audience sentiment, and box office results to provide a roadmap for future marketing tactics.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to optimize asset rotation for digital and broadcast media based on real-time performance metrics.
- Audience Sentiment Monitoring: Track live social media discourse and digital trends to pinpoint shifts in consumer behavior and emerging technologies affecting the film industry.
- Market Intelligence: Identify industry shifts and conduct competitive benchmarking to support long-term tactical planning.
- Agile Research: Lead high-priority, ad-hoc research and reporting projects that address immediate business needs and shape future theatrical landscapes.
- Data Advocacy: Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, championing data literacy and promoting an insight-first culture throughout the company.
Qualifications:
- Professional Background: Minimum of 6 years in data-centric roles, including a minimum of 2 years of experience at a major film studio, streaming service, or specialized theatrical marketing firm.
- Strategic Project Management: Demonstrated success in spearheading and delivering comprehensive analytics initiatives and consumer insights for both domestic and international markets.
- Analytical Expertise: Deep proficiency in designing marketing experimentation frameworks, evaluating campaign ROI, and driving performance improvements.
